Located in the lively Shinbashi district, Uoyaki Otoko ‾2 offers a wide variety of dishes using fresh seafood purchased daily. The fresh oysters that are in season are a must-try. Please enjoy the plump texture and the aroma of the sea that spreads in your mouth. In order to bring out the best flavor of oysters, we serve them in a way that suits your individual tastes.

In addition, another of our specialties is charcoal grilling. Charcoal grilling slowly brings out the rich flavors of the seafood, resulting in an exquisite taste. Please be sure to try our charbroiled three-piece of the day platter, charbroiled Nodoguro (Northern Bluefin Tuna), and other selected delicacies.
